1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your registration and association with Vogue Productions ("the Agency") as a model. By submitting this form, you ("the Model" or "Second Party") agree to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Accuracy of Information
All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information — including measurements, age, qualifications, or family details — is grounds for immediate termination of the association without notice or liability.
3. Age & Guardian Consent
- Models under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before any booking is confirmed.
- The guardian's contact details provided in the registration form will be used for all communication involving a minor.
- The Agency reserves the right to verify age via government-issued ID at any time.
4. Bookings & Assignments
- Vogue Productions will endeavour to secure bookings that match the Model's profile and stated availability.
- The Model must confirm availability at least 48 hours before a confirmed booking.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a shoot without a valid reason may attract a penalty at the Agency's discretion.
- The Agency reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking without liability.
5. Conduct & Professionalism
- The Model agrees to maintain professional standards on set and in all communications.
- Misconduct, harassment, or behaviour damaging to Vogue Productions or its clients will result in immediate removal from the roster.
- The Model must not enter exclusive contracts with competing agencies without prior written notice.
6. Payments & Compensation
- Compensation for each assignment will be agreed upon prior to the shoot.
- The Agency's commission rate will be disclosed separately before any paid booking.
- The Model is responsible for their own tax obligations on income earned.
7. Intellectual Property & Image Rights
- Content produced during Agency-arranged shoots becomes the property of the client brand unless otherwise stated.
- Submitted photos are licensed to Vogue Productions for internal casting purposes only.
- Behind-the-scenes content from client shoots must not be used for personal promotion without prior written approval.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties except for casting and booking purposes.
- The Model may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting the Agency in writing.
9. Health & Safety
- The Model must disclose all known allergies and relevant medical conditions.
- Attending a shoot while unwell should be communicated in advance.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate this association with 14 days' written notice without cause.
- The Agency may terminate immediately in cases of misconduct, dishonesty, or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
