Booking Terms

1. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required; the rest is settled on the day of the shoot. Your slot is reserved once payment clears.
2. The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel. One complimentary reschedule is offered with at least 48 hours' notice. If mom or baby is unwell, tell us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a new slot.
3. The final edited gallery is delivered within 7 days of the session. All RAW/unedited images are shared the day after the shoot. The photographer's editing style is final; additional or extensive editing requests may be charged extra.
4. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Vogue Productions cannot be held responsible for personal injury or accidental damage during the shoot.
5. Poses are subject to comfort and safety; a pose that is deemed unsafe will not be performed. Children and babies must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
6. By booking, you allow Vogue Productions to use selected images for our portfolio, social media, website and marketing. To keep your images private, give a written request before your session.
7. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten the session. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice is treated as a cancellation. Sessions cannot be extended more than 15 minutes beyond the package duration.
8. Style requests and inspiration are welcome during planning; final creative and editing decisions are made by the photographer to keep our quality consistent.
